Mr. Evans owns and operates Evans Farms, a 2,000-acre fruit, vegetable, and grain farm near Bridgeville, Delaware. Katey was responsible for the farm’s sales and marketing.

Lori’s contract with the company is complete, and the company is now listed on Lori’s website. 

Katey used the six months between taping and airing to capitalize on her relationship with Giant Food Stores.

The customers already buy vegetables from the farm, and in Pennsylvania, Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Washington, D.C., Katey’s ice cream is available in all 169 stores.

Also, she is expanding production for nationwide distribution and is selling directly to consumers online. Katey, however, didn’t change her packaging.

In episode 1221, the business is updated. As with most of season 12’s updates, we’ll learn how Katey and Lori fared during the Covid-19 pandemic. The company’s annual revenue in May 2021 was between $900,000 and $1 million.
