Who Is The Founder Of Bee Sweet Lemonade?

Mikaila Ulmer is the founder and chief executive officer of Me & the Bees Lemonade. She was only four years old when she was stung twice in a matter of days by bees.

Mikaila is an entrepreneur and speaks at bee conservation events. She is currently a high school student. 

Additionally, she is the founding director of the Healthy Hive Foundation, a non-profit organization working to conserve pollinators.

The first time Mikaila Ulmer was stung by a bee, she developed an aversion to them. After researching some ecosystem functions, she became intrigued by the crucial roles.

The founder of Beesweet Lemonade, Mikaila Ulmer, is one of them. Even though she was only nine years old on Shark Tank at the time, she made sure the sharks did not make immediate advances on her.

Mikaila was stung by two bees in a couple of days when she was four years old, and her mother, D’Andra, pushed her to research their role in the environment to help her recover from her sudden hatred of them.

She stated a few months after the segment aired that sales were up more than 350%.

Bee Sweet Lemonade signed an $11 million distribution agreement with Whole Foods Market for their brand of lemonade to be sold in 55 stores throughout Texas, Arkansas, Louisiana, and Oklahoma beginning in April 2016.

It will be distributed to the entire East coast later in 2016.

Mickaila has received considerable attention; in March 2016, she was recognized by Movement50 (MVMT50), a technology coalition dedicated to supporting and recognizing African-American inventors.
