Who Is The Founder Of The Fizz?

David Chodosh is the founder of The Fizz Cup. He is the CEO of Jonzo Inc., which designs and develops consumer products. He has worked for Hasbro and Mattel before building Jonzo Inc.

Additionally, he has collaborated with Hallmark and Time magazine. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Industrial and Product Design from Art Center College of Design.

Chodosh founded AirWare, an organization dedicated to sustainability in cold chain solutions. David mentioned that most of his inventions are typically rejected as an inventor.

The Fizz Cup, the iconic ice cream float, was inspired by a childhood memory. He began by investing $50,000 of his own money and working out of his garage.

In 2012, Chodosh created the Fizz Cup.

The Fizz Cup was handed out at fairs and water parks. Once a child acquired one and began walking around, he became a walking advertisement.

Additionally, he was able to get a promotional arrangement with Coca-Cola. His company’s exposure on Shark Tank was a significant milestone, significantly increasing his sales margin, and he appeared on The Today Show.

The Fizz Before Shark Tank

David Chodosh has never completely lost touch with himself; he is a true kid at heart. He forged successful adulthood due to this connection to his upbringing.

Thanks to his creative, lively, and impressionable mind, he became a professional toy manufacturer.

When he was trying to create a toy so extraordinary that it would fly off the shelves of every retail toy store, he encountered some challenges.

However, he was struck with such a brilliant idea that he had to start designing it straight away on one occasion.

David Chodosh reminisced about his youth and had an idea for a new twist on a traditional classic.

The Fizz is based on the popular frozen treat, the ice cream float. David set out to create an easy-to-use, portable apparatus that would simplify the process of concocting the dessert.

He created an easy-to-use “mixing chamber” after some thought.

Chodosh invested $50,000 of his own money into developing a plastic cup that could be screwed onto any 20 oz bottle of soda.

The user needs to simply add a few scoops of ice cream to the bottle and gently squeeze the soda bottle to squeeze out the ice cream.

The idea was to transport older generations back to a more innocent moment in their history while also giving the younger generation a taste of the past.

David developed an ideal method to accomplish this goal, but his business was desperate for funding because he had invested his funds into the product’s development.

Chodosh went to the Shark Tank, hoping that the Sharks would channel their inner child and recognize the importance of his product.
