Shane surveyed the muddy tile before the dirty floor was covered with dried food. Shane begins by stating that we have all found something stuck on the floor while sweeping and had to work hard to remove it. 

Shane says Sweep Easy makes cleaning such areas simple. The cleaner unscrews the top to reveal a scraper that will help her remove food, grime, gum, bandages, and stickers from the floor.

Robert Herejavec expressed interest and asked if he could use it. Shane hands Robert the product to show him how easy it is to use. 

Sharks seem to like the product. Kevin O’Leary wonders how many things he has sold. He informs them that he has not yet sold the device but has several prototypes.

Robert asks Shane what he plans to do with the product. He wondered whether he wanted to license it or sell it. 

Shane says he would like to do both. Kevin Herrington asks Shane why he has not yet completed the licensing process, and Shane replies that he has considered it.

Kevin Herrington joined the bidding war. Mr. O’Leary’s investment was increased to $50,000 for 20% of the company to bring him on board. 

After Daymond John’s remark, Shane immediately stated that he could tell he wanted to claim this product for himself. Eventually, he plans to start and run his own business and introduce new products. Shane agrees.

In exchange for 33 percent ownership of Sweep Easy, Daymond John offers $75,000, stating that he is not interested in licensing the product but instead developing a whole company. 

Robert Herejavec joins forces with O’Leary and offers $40,000 more than the stakes of 20 percent, which are $80,000 for 40 percent of the equity. Later, Kevin O’Leary agreed to buy a 25 percent stake for $80,000.

Daymond later offers to join Herrington for the same salary, but he wants to start his own company. Having so many transactions, Shane is uneasy and wants to call his wife. 

When O’Leary requests to speak with his wife, Daymond tells him that if he calls her, he will reduce his offer to $30,000.
